Wheatley Hill WMC 3 V 4 Polton AFC Windy conditions made the goalkeepers work and a game that because of the wind could have gone either way.

But Polton AFC took charge and excepted the conditions more to their advantage via defending firmly and playing the ball on the ground.

Fantastic game in very windy conditions with some particularly good goals from both teams.

The ref at one time did ask Or was about to stop the game thinking the conditions were a bit risky however Polton was winning and wanted to carry on and Wheatley Hill wanted to get something from the game and did make a very good game of it.

Wheatley Hill went in at half time winning 2-1 then less than 5 minutes after kickoff in the second half Polton was back in it the half again under windy conditions was a hard win for any team.

4-3 win away at Wheatley Hill! horrific conditions and 60 mph winds!
